Join us at Tell it Slant poetry bookshop for an Express Yourself event, in Locavore on Victoria Road, on Friday 31st July.

We have a wonderful array of poets to entertain and satisfy your poetry cravings, all attending for an open mic poetry night with a headline poet with Ian Macartney taking the spot for a good 20 minute performance.

There is still space to book an open mic slot of up to 7 minutes. Get in touch with either Carla Woodburn, or Christie Williamson, via Facebook.

It's a bring your own bottle event, with an entry fee of £5, this covers your corkage at the event also. Contributors of the event do not pay anything. Donations to the running of the bookshop can also be made should you wish.
