Todd Turner is a multi-award-winning Australian poet and goldsmith based in Sydney. His work has been highly commended and shortlisted for several of Australia’s most prestigious honours, including the Mary Gilmore Prize, the Anne Elder Award, the Blake Poetry Prize, and the Newcastle Poetry Prize. His poetry is published widely in major literary journals including Meanjin, and Southword, with a poem appearing in an upcoming issue of Poetry London. His third collection, Breathwork, is forthcoming in 2026. Informed by a rural background, his work often explores the intersection between language and the physical world, a perspective shared by his professional practice as a master goldsmith.
