anoraq presents; Inside Voices - a night weaving together spoken word and vocal melodies with improvised percussive grooves and organic ambient undertones

Throughout 2025, we’ll be collaborating with literary organisations & presses in Scotland that challenge cultural consensus, exploring the small matter of poetry’s relationship to music together.

This month’s Inside Voices is presented in collaboration with Glasgow Review of Books and Anoraq Sounds. (This event was rescheduled from August following a storm warning at the original date)
