Get ready to laugh, cry, and snap at Queers Make Glasgow's first poetry open mic! Open to everyone, from complete newbies to seasoned pros.
Welcome to our first Spoken Word Poetry Night at Sister Midnight!
Join Queers Make Glasgow on Friday 15th August at 7:30 PM for a night of fun and inspiration. This open mic is a space for LGBTQ+ poets and allies to share their work, connect with community, and celebrate Queer creativity in all its forms. Whether you're a seasoned performer or reading for the first time, we welcome you to take to the mic!
Let us know if you want to give performing a go by selecting a 'General Admission - Performing' ticket! We will be in touch to give you a 5-10 minute slot for your reading. We will also limited performance slots available for anyone who wants to sign up on the night!
Soft drinks and coffees will be available for purchase during the break.
Sister Midnight has a small step at the entrance, the rest of the venue is on the ground floor. The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
