Biological Recording & Poetry Workshop
Jupiter Artland Bonnington House Steadings, Wilkieston, Edinburgh
Join award-winning plant biologist Dr Em Merrin May Armstrong for an afternoon of more-than-human connection, inspired by Georg Wilson’s ongoing exhibition.
Exploring Jupiter Artland’s environment, we’ll reimagine our relationships to more-than-human companions, learn about plant biologies, and consider how biological recording shapes our worldviews. Guided by Em, participants will make reflective observations of Georg’s work, before creating a shared poem responding to our collective experiences. This workshop is a curious exploration of recording, relation, and reflection through plants and poetry.
The workshop fee is £5. This is on top of £11.80 for entry to Jupiter Artland.
Fee: £16.80
