To celebrate Pride Month, Flos Collective is accepting submissions for our upcoming online exhibition, Still Here.
Launching on Glasgow Pride (Saturday 18 July 2026), the exhibition will showcase work by LGBTQIA+ artists, makers, musicians, performers and writers from across the UK.
Still Here is a celebration of queer creativity, community and resilience. A space for work that reflects the joys, challenges, relationships, histories and futures that shape LGBTQIA+ life. Whether your work is personal, political, playful, reflective or somewhere in between, we'd love to see it.
Who Can Apply?
- LGBTQIA+ artists, makers, musicians, performers and writers
- Based in the UK
- Aged 18+
What Can I Submit?
We welcome work in any medium, including but not limited to:
- Visual art
- Photography
- Film and video
- Music and sound
- Poetry and creative writing
- Interdisciplinary and experimental work
Submission Guidelines
Visual Art & Photography
- Up to 5 images per submission
- JPG or PNG format preferred, maximum 10MB per image
- High-resolution images recommended
Film & Video
- Maximum 10 minutes in length, up to 500MB
- MP4 format preferred
- Submitted via a downloadable file-sharing link
Music & Audio
- Maximum 10 minutes in length, up to 100MB
- MP3 or WAV format preferred
- Submitted via a downloadable file-sharing link
Writing
- PDF format preferred
- Maximum 1,500 words
Content Policy
We welcome work exploring LGBTQIA+ identities, bodies, relationships and experiences. However, as the exhibition will be hosted on a publicly accessible website, we may not be able to include work featuring explicit sexual acts or pornographic imagery. If your work contains nudity or potentially sensitive content, please let us know in your submission and we will discuss presentation options where appropriate.
File Submission
Please provide a downloadable file-sharing link (such as Google Drive, SwissTransfer, Dropbox or OneDrive) containing your work.
Please ensure:
- Sharing permissions are enabled
- Files can be downloaded without requesting access
- Any passwords required to access files are included in your submission
If your work doesn't fit neatly into the categories above, please tell us about it. We'll do our best to accommodate different formats.
Deadline
11pm, Thursday 2 July 2026
Successful applicants will be featured in the online exhibition launching on Glasgow Pride - Saturday 18 July.
