Wreath Magazine: Decadence & Pleasure
WREATH Literary Collective is a Chicago based community and magazine.
For our summer edition, we are looking for submissions of poetry / prose / art / other word-stuff for the third issue of WREATH magazine.
Here's a little about the idea WREATH was founded on:
"The wreath, representative of the infinity within a circle, made up of leaves and stems and biological things that will die. I am constantly fascinated by the relationship between permanence and ephemerality. Sure, all things eventually go. And the sun is supposed to explode. But a lifetime is forever. "
As it is summer, take this as inspiration and extend it to the idea of decadence & pleasure. I think of the bright hot flash that the summer season is and the fleeting nature of pleasure and beauty.
