Hooded, the Crowvus Journal, is looking for prose, poetry, and anything in between, in the High Fantasy genre.

Crowvus is looking for submissions to the next issue of our Hooded Journal, this time in the genre of High Fantasy. Tell us tales of dragons, epic poems of different worlds, of heroes and villains, of gods and demons, and of the forces of good combatting the evil hordes.

We are open to all styles of writing: prose, poetry, commentary, the list goes on...

There is no upper/lower word or line count. Please be aware, however, that this is a journal of multiple pieces and authors, so any prose over 5,000 words or poem over 100 lines has to be truly magnificent in order for it to find its home here.

We regret that we are unable to pay our contributors, although all successful authors will receive a copy of "Hooded: High Fantasy" when it is released [31st March 2026].

Crowvus asks for exclusive publication rights for one year from the publication date. All other rights remain with the writer.
