The 2025/26 awards are accepting submissions of pamphlets that were published in the UK between 28 September 2024 and 1 October 2025. The awards define a pamphlet as no more than 36 printed pages. Most pamphlets are submitted by publishers, but poets and illustrators are also welcome to submit their work independently. The awards welcome self-published pamphlets alongside traditionally published pamphlets.
