Winged Moon is a contemporary magazine publishing daring and experimental writing intersecting the human experience, ecology, metaphysics and folklore.

we are thrilled to announce that we are OPEN for submissions for poetry and art for exclusive issues published here on our weekly magazine at the winged moon. We are only open for two weeks so if you have some polished pieces looking for a home, we would be very happy to read them. This is our only open window this year, as we prepare to launch a competition in the autumn with a cash prize. We are searching for writing that speaks to the human and more than human in varied and embodied ways. There is no theme we are looking for poetry that takes language in a new direction, that is bold and completely you.

We will inform you all in writing as soon as we can, but give us a few weeks to read you all.

There is no submission fee, but we ask if you would consider a paid subscription to this magazine, or donate through ko-fi, it would support us to support our staff and our poets and artists in the future.
